NimbleKit Dev - Privacy Policy

This page describes how NimbleKit Dev handles data on iOS and Android.

NimbleKit Dev follows a local-first model: app data is stored on the user device and not automatically transmitted to backend services.

Data categories

  1. Language preference (`it` / `en`) stored locally.
  2. Local utility history (bounded to 200 entries, user can clear it).
  3. Sanitized critical diagnostics logs (bounded to 50 entries, user can clear them).
  4. Runtime technical metadata (version/platform/time) generated on demand for diagnostics context.

Purpose

  • Provide app functionality and user-selected language.
  • Show recent actions in History.
  • Support troubleshooting when the user explicitly shares diagnostics.

Sharing and transfer

No automatic personal data transmission to external backend systems is currently implemented. Data leaves the device only when the user explicitly copies diagnostics text and shares it manually.

Retention

  • Language preference: stored until changed or app uninstall.
  • History: up to 200 entries.
  • Critical diagnostics: up to 50 entries.
